RESIDENTIAL CLEANING

Your home and cleaning needs are unique. We are happy to provide an estimate for services based on the services you would like while considering the square footage of your home and the number of occupants in your home. We offer several different packages for regular cleaning, however, if none of them meets your needs, we will create one. Depending on your particular needs, the rates shown on our rate chart, may vary. Homes that are sparsely decorated are much easier to clean than homes that are elaborately decorated. Homes with pets and children sometimes require more time for cleaning. If you need your home cleaned top to bottom on the 1st visit, please let us know so that we can properly quote the costs for you. Typically, a Detailed Cleaning (full top to bottom cleaning) will take two to three times the normal allotted time for us to complete. Payment is due at the time of service.
